This document
1) defines a process to generate, document, review, baseline, and manage requirements, and
2) provides checklists that can be used to improve the quality of the Requirements Specification. (See Appendix A for Checklists)

The objective of this document is to define a set of complete, consistent, unambiguous, and verifiable requirements and to ensure customer and user requirements are understood and met.
