To change the Software Manager after the initial submission, please have the current Software Manager contact the site curator to request the change. Only requests from the current Software Manager will be completed.

Each risk area on the Risk Rating Sheet which has a risk rating greater than 2 must be considered for risk management.

Press the "Submit Data" button to send the data to the Software Engineering Process Group or "Reset Data" button to clear the sheet.
