You can access the IEEE standards via the web site:

http://www.sti.nasa.gov/

  • Once there, click on the link for "Search selected databases."

  • Once there, click on "IEEE Xplore"

  • Once there, click on "Access IEEE Xplore"

  • Once there, click on "Standards"

  • Once there, type the number of the standard you want in the box labeled:

    'Enter a standard number or a keyword to quickly locate standards titles containing that number or keyword.'

  • Once the search is complete, click on the document you wish to view.
